Intermediate Ice

This climb is one of the shortest approaches in the Big Horn Basin and is a short 75-mile drive from Cody. It is a bit longer of a drive but the 15-minute approach to 70M of gorgeous ice is totally worth it.

This clinic will provide instruction in more advanced movement and techniques on the ice, including techniques for climbing vertical ice. In addition, instructors will offer insight into being a competent partner and climbing efficiently, saving energy and promoting stamina in the mountains.
