The Moratorium is one of the largest pieces of continuous ice in the South Fork Valley and is easily one of the top 10 routes in the area. This amazing intermediate WI4 route only comes in every couple of years and this year it’s nice and fat. This clinic will not last long!
This clinic will provide instruction in more advanced movement and techniques on the ice, including techniques for climbing vertical ice. In addition, instructors will offer insight into being a competent partner and climbing efficiently, saving energy and promoting stamina in the mountains.
2:1 Clinics – These are big days in the mountains. Expect 7-9 hours of movement, climbing and navigating difficult terrain.
